Career

2021-now – Co-founder and President at Cogent, a revolutionary EdTech company.

Cogent is an EdTech platform which solves main pains of online education scaling.

Cogent allows professors to easily use, create and share a new category of instructional materials with integrated feedback mechanisms.

2017-2021 – CEO, Ujet Digital at Ujet SA, an electric mobility company.

Ujet SA was an ambitious ($80m+ in private investments) Luxembourgish electric mobility startup aimed at modern urban transportation challenges. Acquired by an undisclosed major OEM in 2021.

UJET, the flagship product of Ujet SA, is one of the most awarded electric vehicles of all time, including iF Gold, Red Dot, Edison and multiple other awards. Several of those have been received specifically for digital excellency.

I’ve headed Ujet’s software division from day one, thus being in charge for design, development and operations of UJET’s digital ecosystem:
– e-mobility digital platform;
– full scale IVI;
– fleet management system;
– IoT cloud with data processing modules;
– various mobile applications.

As a C-suite member I also held a seat on the Group Steering Committee, contributing to the overall strategy of the Group.

2007-2017 – Numerous projects at Nival, the renown developer and publisher of video games.

  • 2015-2017 – Chief Strategy Officer, Nival;
    Nival Group was an infotainment holding, uniting a vast array of video games studios and services, including online, mmo, social, mobile, and VR projects. Numerous projects of Nival Group have become both commercially successful and critically acclaimed, being featured in 100+ countries and receiving prestigious awards, such as Best Game of the Month/Year by Apple, Google, Facebook, E3 Expo, etc.

    As a visionary with the responsibility of ensuring that execution supports the strategy elements, I oversaw business strategy, new products creation, product management, and marketing activities throughout the Group.
  • 2012-2014 – General Manager, US Office, Nival;
    During this period I’ve headed the overseas expansion of the Group. I’ve started an operating branch at the East Coast, hired a team of professionals, launched and further operated the Group’s portfolio at the US market.
  • 2010-2011 – VP Marketing, Nival Network;
    Overseeing marketing, advertising and monetisation of the whole video games portfolio of Nival.
  • 2009-2010 – Sales and Marketing Director, Astrum Nival;
    Astrum Nival was an online video games startup founded in late 2006 by a renown serial entrepreneur Sergey Orlovskiy in partnership with Yuri Milner’s DST. In 3 years Astrum Nival has reached $40m ARR and was fully acquired by DST as a part of $400m+ pre-IPO consolidation deal.
